New Knit-A-Long: Gioia

As we wind down our current KAL and knitters have completed (or almost completed) their Panic sweaters we are excited to announce our July/August KAL.

Modern crosses dot the yoke of this simple and flattering tee, made using Summer Sesame and Modern Cotton. The garment is worked in the round from the neck down, then divided for body and sleeves. Neck is shaped using short rows.

For those of you who are new to our type of KAL here is how it works. We choose the pattern and type of yarn appropriate. When you choose the color and purchase the yarn, we help you through the project for no extra fee. That’s right we will help you with gauge and fit and answer any other questions you might have.  Knitters are invited to join us on Sunday’s from 10:30 – 2:30 to get help and knit on your KAL sweater.

Knitters will have until the end of August to complete the sweater and then will be invited to join us for a celebration.
