Bandana Cowl: Learn this alternative short-row technique that leaves your work tidy and looking great. The point of this kerchief is completely constructed with short-rows. Students will learn how to substitute German short rows for other types of short rows in a pattern. These cowls make great holiday gifts and help you to master the skill. FIE Pullover: The flower design is a whimsical take on the traditional Nordic XO pattern. The top-down construction starts at the neckband and quickly jumps into the colorwork. You can go wild with colorwork and knit a multi-color yoke, or simply make the two-color original design. Top-down sweaters are easy to try on as you knit so that you can tailor fit the yoke depth and length of your body and sleeves. After the colorwork, you can opt in or out of short rows to lower the neckline if you please. If you would like to make a longer version or add long sleeves we will help you do either (or both).

Learn to create these little cuties on 2 circular needles. we will talk through all the tips and tricks for finishing and hanging the bats.

As the weather gets cooler, its time to think about duffers. If you are not familiar with these amazing felted slippers you don't know what you are missing. These super quick slippers are only 23 rows and knit up in an evening. This workshop will give you all the tips and tricks you need to sucessfully make many pairs of these slippers. The Soldotna Crop is a top-down circular yoke sweater that features stranded colorwork. The design can easily be lengthened if crops aren’t your style. This class is for you as long as you have some previous experience with colorwork. We will learn about gauge in stranded knitting and how to tweak a top-down sweater to fit. The class is scheduled with two weeks between each class in order to allow for homework.
